To get this, get two Excalipoors from the may 2015 login campaign, and synergy them together to make an excalipoor II. The synergy can be done at lvl 0 synergy (it's just like 11 darkness 11 light, just feed one dark fewell, then one light fewell then end synergy). It looks like a really good starting weapon because of the unique WS: Knights of Rotund. It looks like knights of round.
