@ Meteaura that's completely false and one of the silliest things I've heard in a while. If that were true a mob using Mighty Strikes couldn't miss, among other reasons that theory (and this item, oh and the person who upvoted your comment) are just bs.
Crits = 100% accuracy. If you already hit the evasion cap against an enemy, the only way to further lower its hit rate against you is to lower its critical hit rate.
