Last Year the item that was received was a Moogle's Largesse and it had 7 charges the same recast time and a similar affect, the largesse was confirmed to dispense between 100 and 10,000 gil but it is possible that this item dispenses within a different range.

The max amount of gil on this item looks to be capped at 10k, i just used first charge and recieved 7,500gil and a friend that i did the event with got 4,100gil. I am assuming it is in multiples of 100gil between 1k-10k.
