Depending on how much you get out of the Fast-Cast(perhaps same as Loquacious Earring?), which can perhaps give you another second recast reduction on :Ni, this is one of the best tanking main-weapons ingame for NIN. The new DMG47 Katana main & occasionaly attacks twice Katana in off-hand will still be the better option for damage-dealing, since there will be more augments in future updates.
