I might've been more impressed if the enchantment delay was lower, but then again, this would be about as often as I've ever bothered to visit the chocobo circuit :x (lets you exit to any city except aht urghan from the circuit after teleportation)

Handy item to have when you forget a warp scroll or want to get quickly to a city you don't normally go to. Shame about the recast though considering how they lowered alot of timers of similar items.

Really? Could SE have come up with anything more useless to clog up our inventories with? Maybe a wand that grants regen1 to a party member? (oh ya, that already exists)...
