This isn't as awesome as it looks.

For Melees, sword strap will still stay on top if the -3% delay doesn't sacrifice your x-hit build. I'd even venture out as to say you're better off keeping Pole grip in here 90% of the time if this is the final piece that brings you to from 25 to 26%. In actuality you're only going from ~24.7% to 25%

For Mages, depending on how hard this is to obtain, it could be a very nice alternative to the costly vivid strap.
