The best enfeebling piece for RDM (aside from Aureole); not only it replaces the +2 INT on Phantom Tathlum, but it also adds to MND-based enfeebles such as slow/paralyze/silence.
What is beautiful about this piece is that it is 60-cap item :) having a +2 skill around that level is a huge increase in performance.

Outside of Campaign: Very good Magic Accuracy piece only beaten by Aureole.

In Campaign: Best Magic Accuracy piece hands down.

@Kakyofein

"Sturm" in Sturm's Report refers to Adelheid Sturm, a Bastokan campaign NPC SCH. Just like Sonia's Plectrum refers to a Bastokan DNC, Sonia.

/duh.

Switching ammo pieces does not wipe TP, which means you can switch out of Goblin Cracker, White/Phantom/Jasper Tathlum or a Racial Satchet into this for Blue Magic debuffs. Given that most of BLU's magic accuracy gear gives +3 per piece, this gives a huge bonus for this slot.

Every RDM should have one.

Immense ammo piece for BLU/SCH in and out of campaign. With 271 Dark Magic (@80), the +15 m.acc really pushes your Drain/Aspir to the limit. And it affects your Blue Magic, too, of course (e.g. Head Butt's Stun, MP Drainkiss, etc.).

Hero of the Lance Sturm Brightblade Knight of the Crown. He died at the hands of Kitiara, Dragon Highlord and her mount Skie.
"Be at ease, warrior, the deer fulfills his purpose in life by providing sustenance for the hunter—be it wolf or man. We do not mourn the loss of those who die fulfilling their destinies."
