Brygid the Stylist Strikes Back rewards an augmented version of this with either CHR, Light Element Resistance, hHP, or hMP with a low possibility of an ADDITIONAL augment with Refresh +1.
Took me 175 quests personally to get one with Refresh, but it's the perfect idle piece for mages (though poor RDM will have to choose between this and movement speed). Very fast quest, so don't be intimidated. It's worth it.
Those that get hMP AND Refresh on the same piece, count your blessings.
Also, make no mistake, this thing is a diaper. Woe to all of us.
That number will haunt me until my dying breath. That's how many attempts it took for me to get Refresh on this.
While that is ridiculous and Square should certainly *** fix that, I wouldn't trade the experience for anything because of the end result.
There are two reasons why I say that. First, 'All Jobs' Refresh in the leg slot that is relative easy to get is absolutely PRICELESS. To my knowledge, there aren't any other Refresh items in the leg slot for any job class in the game. Secondly, the fact that it took so long meant that I was getting otherwise difficult to obtain body seals. By the time I was done, I was 10/10 on all body seals Brygid offered except BST, which I wound up 6/10.
That said, don't be discouraged. Especially since while the gear pieces needed may be a little difficult to get, you could always just pass a set amongst your linkshell.
Got this after my 113th try on the quest. Mine also had CHR +9 on it... I would have rather had HMP, but I don't think I want to do the qeust another 100+ times.
Refresh in the leg slot seems to be a default now. RDM AF3 legs +2 add to refresh and brd AF3+2 legs add to ballad. There is 1 perp- in the legs on the augers set for SMN's too. I think this will be particularly effective to macro in for RDM and BRD while not casting refresh or ballad further increasing the refresh effect.
I went 1/1 on the refresh augment, so it would seem I was just abnormally lucky. It's a fantastic idle piece and my Goetia coat nearly hides the subligar, although that really just makes my taru look like a flasher.
