Azura, this has nothing to do with Sandworm, it is obtained by the SCNM The Buried God. You get the key items by trading in boxes dropped from NMs in Beadeaux(S) which is annoying as one is the Terror Shield NM and is usually camped by people wishing to make a quick gil or two. Just did 6 runs tonight with my LS and got 4 of these.
