@Phoenixtail : You're wrong, it has been proven that one point of skill in the appropriate magic skill corresponds to one point of Magic Accuracy, and not .9 (Check wiki on "magic accuracy" for jp and english sources).
Wind/Singing earring will give 3 magic accuracy too, and this one will take a spot in your inventory for nothing (as bard) if you already have a musical earring and a Wind/Singing earring.
