This is a lvl 33 belt, and there are no haste belts until lvl 41 (good ones are 44+) so this could be used for all ninjutsu spells for ~8-17 levels.

Once you are high enough to use a haste belt then this is only for sneak/invis macro piece, unless you know you aren't worried about the recast (eg DD/NIN who doesn't have hate yet or pullers in non-merit parties)

Unless you're capping haste otherwise, you'd have to be an idiot to cast in this over haste options.

1/5 personally. Drops from Gwyllgi directly outside Crypt Ghost's location in King Ranperre's Tomb. Nachzehrers are place holders for NM, usual respawn was around and hour fifteen minutes. I'd recomend you to ocupy your downtime with Treasure Chests, Goblin Gruels, Crypt Ghost, Spook, Ankou & Barbastelle while you wait for respawn.

nice belt for ninjas to use in Under Observation BCNM, where you are spamming ninjutsu the entire fight.

Roughly a 5% increase in Ninja Tool Expertise.

Pairing this with a Koga Tekko +2, Nin Tool Expertise merits 5/5 and Yonin, you're looking at a 63%~ chance for ninjutsu to not consume a tool.

Note: Doesn't work when Futae is active.

@Solrain: If you've got the inventory space for it, then it's definitely worth it for sneak/invis tools; a penny saved is a penny earned.

Also, if you're not tanking, you can usually afford to macro this in for Utsusemi, at least Ichi.
