This is the best belt a COR can get for ranged attacks and weapon skills. Drops in Dynamis-Valkurm (Hippogryph and Sabotender) and Dynamis-Qufim (Gaylas, Kraken, Raptor, Roc and Snoll)

The Buccaneer's belt is nice for long fights where enmity may be an issue; but the Commodore really has all we need for most situations.
