Is it just me, or does this ring outclass even Angel's/Heaven's Ring(s)?

It is definitly tier 0, 2/169 with 100+3 and Advanced support.

As March caps at 600 combined skill, gearing for skill is pretty much useless now. Combined raw skill at 99 is 748 (374 each) which far surpasses it.

Unless SE updates songs to another tier at around 800 combined skill this, as with all skill gear, have little use outside of resists (where Magic Accuracy and CHR would likely surpass).

Don't bother buying these anymore, go for MACC/CHR instead or get a regen set to use to mitigate damage or something.

i got skill on 95 and none since i hit 96 so i would say for certain it caps @ 96

Well I'm 96.7 Bonecraft and I've done 30 synths with no skillup and 2 breaks. It's gotta be lvl 96 synth or lower.
