Pretty much the best non haste boots
for whatever can wear it. All though I would pass these up for Homam/Aurum easy.

These are situational at best for WS when comapred with Hecatomb, I would say Hecatomb trump these but for Mamool and such I would use these for the extra accuracy on Multihits.
