If you are serious about skilling up fishing get a friend or pay a fisher to get you a couple of these. 3x skillups are a godsend esp. at low levels. My mule started and capped on Yellow Globes in one short evening.

Figured its worth mentioning, submitted entries for the fish ranking on both my main and mule, and this ring CAN currently be delivery box'd within the same account, and not being rare, can equip 2x at once for increased effect.

Also, appeared to only be 35 entries submitted for this contest, which means over 1/2 of people with entries received rings.

This is wrong. You receive the bonus from the enchantment, not from equipping the ring. Using the enchantment on a second ring overwrites the first.
