Good torque for BLU because of all the INT/MND modified spells, like Regurgitation and Firespit.

Other than BLU spells with INT/MND modifiers, no job has any business including this as part of their MND set because of options like Justice Badge (Lv7 +3MND) and Promise Badge (Lv48 +5 MND).

This is the only +3 INT piece currently available to SCH (BLM and RDM can wear the Lv61 Philomath Stole). This is the second best INT piece, behind the +5 from Prudence Torque.

@Tenini Elemental Skill doesn't increase damage, just lowers resist rates. So no, assuming no resists- damage wise this is better for Helixes.

This piece is nice for building an early level MND or INT set. I use this for Stoneskin, elemental debuffs, and to help enfeeble with until i reach 65. This is worth the 70K even with the 65 torques.

Belade says its good for sch helix spells.... wouldn't elemental torque be better? Just wondering...
