* Active when using any Weapon Skill with a Skillchain attribute of Scission (and, by extension, Gravitation)
* Increases fTP multiplier by +0.1 and adds some amount of accuracy to all hits of the Weapon Skill.

According to wiki:
Increases fTP multiplier by +0.1 and adds some amount of accuracy to all hits of the Weapon Skill.

Also I have seen test results from some jp's where 450 trails each of with gorget and no neck piece the gorget consistantly showed better ACC on the second hit of Fast blade, also others said they got the same results in 150 trails. So maybe these are good for multy hits o.o.
