Amemet Mantle +1 is far superior to this. However, if you engage in any level cap 60 activities, the att/r.att from Amemet drops to zero. So if you plan to do Up In Arms for example, this backpiece is well worth the cost.

Finally got one from AH after waiting thousands of years for it. Augmented it got Str+1 fire ele+3
Why waited so much?
