Overall, these are good mid-level INT feet for BLM or RDM, and are especially beneficial to Tarutaru and Mithra, as neither of them can benefit from their RSE gear for an INT build. However, int+2 eva+2 and spell interrupt rate down rolled into one item makes this a worthy piece for all races.
