About 1 (Sometime 2) of these drop from the several Carmine Dobsonflies that spawn in Riverne Site #A01.

Obtained from Carmine Dobsonfly lv44-47 in Riverne - Site #A01. 21-24 hour respawn. This and the Jaeger ring are among the best over all DD pieces at this level. Dobson bandana ~97% Jaeger ~20% and the Sallet is ~10%. Carmine Dobsonfly spawns in a group of 10, so it's possible but highly unlikely that every single one could give all the drops. Happy camping.

We drop 4 same day so its 10% on each fly but its true usually 1 drop per day

Since this area was uncapped, the flies are quite soloable. Garuda can 1-shot with Predator Claws, and because so many spawn and it's a conquest zone, it's fairly easy to leave your character in the spawn area and count number of Conquest Updates to see around when they died. This should leave you with a 4-hour window to camp.

Also, they can spawn any time during their window, like Morbolger they do not have 'mini-windows'.

Carmine Dobsonfly can also be soloed by a BLM or RDM with a lot of Reraise Earrings or a Raise mule. Soloed by casting Bio and dying. Be prepared to lose a lot of experience points doing this method.
