	This piece, even with the new Abyssea sets, is still a mainstay of any RDM's gear. Part of the Idle "Refresh" set, this plus the Morrigan's Robe or the Dalmatica, along with the new Refresh hands and feet combonation, really help to kick RDM's ability to nuke freely without as much worry about MP. !!!AND NO I AM NOT SAYING NUKE IN THIS!!! But the idle time between nukes, every tic is precious when you are going for power instead of MP in a nuking set. 2010-11-14 00:45:26

	Full-timing this is like nuking in Enfeebling Torque or enfeebling in a Moldy. Enfeebling skill does absolutely nothing for your buffs, your cures, or your nukes. 	In a nutshell you only really need 2 head pieces for Redmage. The free AF at lvl 60 and this "free" head piece at 75. Swap each of them out for the other as needed and you are golden. Just make sure to have this on when your in a downtime. 2010-04-20 23:00:24
