If you use a wind crystal on this ring, you can remove the ra/ex. Using a high quality wind crystal (Cyclone, obtained for 200gp from most guilds) will sign the ring aswell as taking off the ra/ex ^^

This Ring is obtained from the 'Fit for a Prince' quest in San d'Oria
