To all ninja complaining about not being able to keep hate....USE THESE!! With capped throwing and lv 18 (yes level 18!) shuriken I have seen nin keep hate better than with the ele wheel. These+af legs+any type of shuriken=more hate than the pathetic low dmg ele jitsu. SO yea..use these...u wont regret it
