ideal use for something like Colibris, especially that spams Pecking Flurry something all the time and usually you're recasting shadows more than usual, a nice little ring to macro in and take advantage of for these particular situations. -2 seconds helps a lot :D. .. and...silly mages that have the slightest clue about Haste. Situations like that too!. o.o;; (oh oh..here it comes... Score: -99)
Actually, active when yellow/red HP *and* TP<100%
So if you are /dnc and saving TP for cures, it won't activate until you get your TP below 100%. I mention /dnc because trhat's the only time I find myself regularly saving TP as nin.
Overall for a tanking NIN that loves extra haste this is a nice cheep macro fodder to lower your shadow recast as well as build tp faster and more hate-over-time build. Also good for solo NIN's when hunting nm's or solo'ing for xp, odds are you will be 75% or less eventually due to interruption or aoe, etc.... therefor 7k for 4% haste you can macro in when solo'ing you simply cant beat it!
Click off your HP buff in abyssea. it'll restore itself without restoring your hp.
There's now no need to carry around -hp gear for activating this ring anymore at least inside of abyssea.
