Feel free to disagree, however, I find the ranged attack given in this piece to be indispensable and thus clearly more effective overall for RNG more so than a peacock charm.
It's free and frankly can last you until Qiqirn Collar or if you're fortunate enough to have a hard working sea LS, a hope or faith torque.
I've seen a few 75's still running around with this thing. Personally I use it too and i'm 65+. I'll use it until i get a torque for Archery Skill. Or i'm lucky enough to catch Argus, even still only macro'ing in the peacock charm for weaponskills.
