A well rounded piece that should be part of any paladins shield skill set.
Most useful when combined with a series of other gear providing shield skill+

Personally, on PLD/NIN; I swap this in when my shadows are down, to try mitigating some damage, along with Glt. Leggings+1, Boxer's Mantle, Shield Torque and Jelly Ring.
