Concerning Naveyah's comment, Wind/Singing skill+ gear isn't all that important anymore. A naked 90BRD with capped skills will have capped Victory March at 12.50%. So until they release a new tier of March just shoot for the most MACC gear you can. It's also much easier to put up a MP+ build too since slots that were previously taken by skill+ gear (i.e. earrings) aren't that useful anymore.

I have not been lucky enough to have the gear to witness it yet, or for that matter I don't know if it has existed yet, but I believe the cap on Song casting is that much closer.

This = 5%
Aoidos' Belt = 3%
Aoidos' Manitee = 3%
Sha'ir Manteel = 12%
Aoidos' Calot +1/+2 = 8/12%
Total = 31/35%

You could possibly throw in Minstrel's Ring (which would likely cap you) for 56/60%, or any other Fast Cast gear or traits.

With the cap at 85 now and a subjob access to Refresh possible, BRD/RDM seems a little more inviting.

And for items like this, its important to know how to utilize spell cast to get the most out of all of your gear, just because you sing songs faster, does not make you the worlds best bard, Singing and Wind skill very important when it comes to the potency of your songs, especially march.

There's a cap to all -casting/fast cast. It's -50% in total.
