@Hsieh, The most expensive thing to synth on that list is a Durium chain, and those are going to drop like a rock once people realize they're rather easy to obtain.
Its a Synergy Recipe too, so at the very least it has a semi-controllable HQ Rate (Exact Element matching) on top of the normal Dumb luck.
Its up to the NIN/W/e Who would buy it if they think +2 Enmity over arhats+1 (For macros only of course) is worth the price tag.
Personally i wouldn't pay 2mil for 2Enmity with how easy it should be to cap enmity now a days, But eh.
Its a small upgrade to Darksteel Harness+1 for PLD, what with the added Enmity, but i wouldn't consider it an Upgrade to Drkstl Hrns+1 for Melee jobs, as you should only be wearing it during an "Oh ***" macro where you switch to PDT/MDT to not die horribly, Attack+15 or not...

And the last I checked Physical damage taken -9% > Physical damage taken -4%. If you want to pay for xxx gil more for +2 Enmity over Arhat's Ji +1 for just a macro setup, be my guest. Better trade off for -5% damage taken than 2 enmity for general NIN/DRK tanking.
