As of the 06/21/10 update, this is [at least] the best Gekko back piece there is, while situationally (though 90% of the time regardless) the best Yukikaze and Kasha mantle as well.
I have no idea what you're on about Omari, thinking you know Samurai like the back of your hand while you weapon skill (and even TP full time) in an Ace's Helm. Strange.
