Commander's Cape for 4-500k, or this for 2m? That's not a tough choice. And when it comes to outside QD, anyone buying this over amemet Mantle +1 is just too rich, or ill informed. The STR will ALWAYS out perform AGI for ranged attacks on COR or RNG.

Don't buy this, COR's, until it's cheaper than Commander's. You're just wasting your money.

And RNGs, don't buy it all.

This is perfect for Corsair. Its an alternative to an AGI+3 piece than a Commander's Cape. Nevermind the Ranged Attack +15 :/ that can easily be ignored.

Seems this update has been VERY friendly towards Corsairs. Guess SE cut us some slack.
