Wonderful option for Blms or Schs looking to solo on Beast pets. The first pair of feet with Intelligence on them (barring Garrison Boots which are expensive on my server) and the biggest chunk of Intelligence on feet until RSE. Hume RSE offers 3 Int (at the loss of 1 Mnd), Galka and Elvaan RSE offer 2. These are still a nice option for Mithra and Taru, as their RSE gives no Intelligence. Only the Mountain Gaiters (also expensive) at level 38 offer as much Intelligence well into the later levels.

The big chunk of Evasion, which is very nice when trying to avoid being hit while getting your nukes off, is just the icing on the cake.

All in all, a wonderful (free!) pair of boots that can last you well into the mid-to-later levels for all you solo nukers out there. I know I've been scouring Rolanberry for days for a pair for my Sch. :)

I Agree with Alijah, Also very useful for backline rdm, considering rdm cant use seer's gear this offers a nice eva boost and INT which nothing else offers unless you wanna pay 80k+

Got drop today, impressive Evasion+ stat for its level, i'd advise any soloer (DNC, THF, BLU) to get these for alow level evasion build, work wonders on my 35 DNC. lol

As Xynthios pointed out, these are some excellent Evasion feet for their level and can be used by both THF and PUP. At the upper levels, the low DEF rating starts to hurt it, but I managed to get dozens of levels of usefulness out of these shoes nonetheless.
