Deals dark damage that lowers an enemy's STR, DEX, VIT, AGI, INT, MND and CHR. (Tests in ballista showed -20% to all stats with a duration of 3mins)

The damage is on par with a normal T5 nuke. However, with beyond, MM, and Ultimate Atmas you should expect to see Ice Spells remain the more damaging spell. You must wear the cloak while starting to cast and while ending the cast or it will not fire.

Aside from all this stat talk, this is by far, the most bad *** looking cloak I've ever seen.

I wonder what the damage would be like on SMN/SCH. It gives SMNS a nuking option when BP timers are down. I know in Abyssea i am almost always at full mp so the mp cost wouldn't hurt.

You can't even wear headgear with this. The sets are seperate.

Is anyone else getting rediculous amounts of Casting Interuption Prevention on this as well? I barely get interrupted while wearing this. I even mistakenly hit Burst on the wrong macro set, and it went off with two links hitting me as well.

Impact do about 8% more damage than blizzard V and lowers all stats of a monster by a big amount from what i seen but cost 666 MPs, need to work on Yama's staff trial!

Impact do around 1400-1600dmg on usualls mobs without any boost on drk in abyssea.
It give also ~60tps.
Good toy for start a fight ;o
