	Haloween 2008 event: To recieve NQ Cloak talk to the event moogle and say you will participate. Kill 9 bats by the event moogles located out of town then talk to the Moogle again. Select "Take on the monster" and you will recieve Enlight. Engage and kill / help kill the eye type mob. Return to the event moogle to recieve your cloak. To receive the +1 cloak repeat the same steps as above again but do not equip the cloak! Happy Trick or Treating ^^ 2008-10-18 15:23:41
