	Amazing TA and evasion stats!!! I'm glad it's a useful piece that has the TH on them. Very cool that while you're solo/duo/trio evasion tanking you get a "boost" to TH. Very glad SE gave THF Placebo III at 90... I'm not excited at the whole sell my soul and/or being enslaved bit to get this item. Don't get me wrong...
