Actually Luthian this earring won't affect BP timers if the smn macroes correctly. This is because delay armor is calculated at the time the summoner issues the pact, but damage and skill gear is calculated at the time the pact fires off, and there is approximately a 5 second delay between the pact's issuance and its completion. Observe

Step 1 -- Equip BP delay armor
Step 2 -- Use blood pact
Step 3 -- Equip blood pact damage armor
Step 4 -- Blood pact goes off
Step 5 -- Equip perpetuation gear

This earring would fall into step 3, meaning it would have no bearing in the precast macro state. Thus the delay increase would never be a factor.

Easily the best Blood Pact earring on SMN, surpasses the ACP earrings which were previously the best. As was said, don't activate the Blood Pact wearing it.
