Aside from the obvious uses with Wind magic, this should be great for Aeolian Edge, whether you are RDM or BRD, or BLM, SMN, PUP, SCH subbed something that can use it natively.
Versatile Cape option. Great for casting enfeebles (Gravity, Silence) as WHM or BLM. Obvious advantages for wind-based nuking on BLM/RDM/SCH. Plus, the most MND a WHM can get from the back slot, if you're not using Orison Cape. Also highly-situational use for casting Choke on a resistant target.
