Got mine on higher level skeletons doing GoV of skeleton soldiers and worms. Running back and forth of the 2 rooms of skeletons room and the worm and flies room.

Just got one in Gusgen Mines from brown chest. Was a "6 chances" chest from the skeleton warriors right at the entrance. Might be more valuable in the newer areas now days.

Stupidly rare to get as with all the other torques and ropes. You may get lucky with finding 1 torque quickly but the rest could take days even with increased casket yield capped to 5 and having guessed 90% of all boxes correctly. No idea if myriad mystery box bonus helps at all as I've not seen that kupower in over 2 months.
