Drops from Kalasutrax in Fort Karugo Narugo. Offer's the same 5% -dt with out the -5% slow effect from Valhalla helm. Also offer's an extra 5 def, +10 str, 40 hp and mp over the +5 vit from valhalla's helm. At this time i'd have to say it's the preferred head piece for any type of negative damage set.
