This has very little use, you'll want to be TPing in AF3+2 body for the superior stats since you can cap haste with it anyway, as for evasion lol C- skill you aren't evading anything that counts.

They took parry off and gave DRGs evasion. Atleast parry actually procs on the job..

Also Prometheus, what world do you live in where double attack+4 is worth sacrificing

Not to mention ideally you will want a 5 hit. (I'm thinking OaT you wouldn't want to bother with such garbage.)

Considering that your probably capping haste using Ace's or Timarli hands this still has potential for use in a TP build to also get the 4% double attack on DRG AF3 hands provided you don't need the STP on AF3 body to maintain your x-hit build.
