Per Tachi on BG, Spurrina Gages increases Blood Pact damage by 5% which make these hands better than Nares Cuffs for magic BP. Also best for phys BP.

Finally some Avatar Attack that aren't locked to Leviathan, and depending on the Blood Pact damage increase, could be the best hands for Magical Blood Pacts.
