The fact that not many servers have linkshells that are able to actually clear chambers and the fact that acquiring legion points is fairly hard (Unless you spam and kill mobs in boss chamber), the prices are a reasonable price.
Since appearently this set doesn't come from Voidwatch, should we suppose it's one of the possible drops from Legion? Can't think of anything else it could drop from.
