Depending on a few factors, such as the augments on your Hecatomb Cap +1, this comes about equal or slightly worse for SA Mercy and equal or slightly better for TA Mercy, depending on target.

However, given THF's relatively low DMG and fSTR, this is a very strong TP piece, being beat only by an augmented Khepri Bonnet +1 when the DEX contributes a good chunk of critical hit rate and/or you need the extra accuracy. I believe this also generally applies to DNC, BLU, and MNK for Impetus/Berserk/CappedAtk set.

It is also arguably the ugliest headpiece for these jobs. Unless you are a Taru, then you get to look like an apple.
