What Screen Resolution do you use on your PC?

FWIW I like the 1280x1024 better then the widescreen. I like 1280x1024 but that's mainly cause I've had this monitor for over 6 years so I'm really used to it :)
I've tried using a higher resolution monitor but idk the text is just so super tiny- and if you don't use the recommended resolution (highest basically) then it just looks funny. My friend sends me screen shots from her comp and the text box is maybe 1/4th full and the rest is just blank- looks odd and is so so small. I like being able to view them at the SAME TIME. What does alt tab have to do with that? I like being able to watch a youtube video and use my messenger at the same time instead of my messenger overlapping my video, thus having to pause it just to type to someone. 1920x1200 on main monitor, 1280x1024 on the second. However, the largest I tend to have a web browser is maximized on the 1280x1024.

Why not just make it dynamic width?

The monitor it connects to while I'm at work is 1280x1024.
1280x1024 is probably also my resolution at home on my desktop monitors. (Actually, my second desktop is 1024x768 I think.) you can make it a Fixed-Width Layout, Liquid Layout or a combo of the two.
1440X900 on the lappy, 1920 x 1080 on the desktop. Both used for browsing the web and playing games.
My desktop is 1440x900 I cant go any larger.
Oh, my previous set up is when my laptop is hooked up to my external monitor. Anytime I'm laptop only, I play in 640x480 for simultaneous multitasking.
