I'm sure people would of noticed this. A thf in a pt with me said the parried before he lost a shadow. Did they shift parry?

I want to say it's always been like that... It's evade>parry>shadow>shield/guard, right?

Could be right, thought i would only parry w/o shadows though. But that might be placebo.

I can say with 100% confidence you can parry with shadows up. I was leveling parry on ninja in the tree, always had shadows on, and gained skillups.

It has been like that for years. 75 SAM, 75 NIN, 75 THF, capped Parry, I've seen it happen more than a few times solo.

Right, I'm a pld I should know this stuff better XD... one of those moments where you're like "wait.. is it this or that way?"

I always reason it as "Blink covers your body but not your weapons, so you can hit but not get hit!" Doesn't apply to shields though =(
