Scythe Final Forms

so 2 final forms for scythe ive found that look nice are
dmg 105 delay 528 Ultimatum final form
and
dmg 97 delay 513 str+4 attack +15 severance final form

now looking at this and that the level cap is going to increase soon, which would outdo the other?

Im thinking the latter (severance) but i was wondering what other people might think
