Character Achievement Question

Hi all

On the character achievement page, I was curious if there was a reason that the Empyrean Shield and the Harp show lvl 99 as the requirement but all the other Empyreans are lvl 80? I have a lvl 90 Ochain but it is greyed out because it shows 99 on the icon on the page.

I'm in a similar situation. If you didn't /gw flush when you had the 80 version if might not sync the 90 or 99 version. (I sync'ed Fomalhaut at 119 and it's greyed out for me too).
