Hi I was recently was looking for my rogues vest and I cannot seem to find it. All quest and everything else is done I have every other piece of the gear except the vest, I was wondering how can I get another vest? I tried popping the coffer again no luck
There's an npc in the magic shop in lower jueno that resets AF Quests.
If you haven't use your deed vouchers, you can get the 109 AF set from 70 deed

Are you sure you didn't upgrade it anyway and didn't realize? I did that once.
Check monisette, Porter Moogle for the 109/119 variant.
Also can use find all if you want to see if it's just somewhere in your character but not seeing it. It won't pull up if monisette is upgrading it
