I dunno, I think it's nice that you can do something light to get a chance to win the lottery. It gives a chance to take a break from the usual grind of ambuscade/salvage/etc... and hey who knows, might get lucky.
In the end, if you think it's not worth it, just don't do it, simple as that.

Not sure how many you do on a weekly basis but I did roughly 400 keys from Bonanza and got 3 119 equipment pieces all from Zitah and a handful of omen cards. Did roughly 80~ keys today and received 0 119 equipment. So, 500 keys for 3~. You received over 20. I'd be fine with just 5 of your 20 if you could send 25% of your luck my way!
You also have to remember he is including SP keys in there which from doing a lot of both myself would be by far the bulk of the 119 gear

Oh didn't notice that. I'm usually at sub 1% on things I don't toss/npc for ANV keys

Actually campaign effects only SP and not ANV, tested trading over 500 anv during and got under 5% gear where SP i got over 50%.
