If I buy a coffee it's an XL double double. If I'm at home and make coffee I put International Delight flavoured creamer in it.

The first 4 or 5 years of ffxi i was being medicated for adhd.
Adderall/ritalin/concerta is pretty good for grinding those last 74 levels in a couple of days... lol
