Looks like these may be the new job specific spells for Geomancer based on files from Altana Viewer. Good to finally know what these spells may be used for after all this time of looking at them.

so its like sch ...with a mix of cor. Why they don't give exclusive spells to new jobs but they keep using the same white/black magic system :|, but it's too early to talk trash about this.. Lets see

It seems more like Blm + Brd to me, since it doesn't seem to have any healing.
I remember reading in the official forums people saying to add more jobs and others saying please ignore the previous post and fix the jobs we already have... guess SE picked the former after ignoring both types of posts for years.
The bell system sounds interesting, I wonder if they'll only be accessible if you have said job at 99. It would make for interesting diversity into what a Geomancer can do with each job bell.

Yes something like that
Tanaka seems to have an obsession with condom/mushroom hats
this excites me beyond belief.. no healing abilities? even better!!!
Finally a good sub for blm, the blm is required to think at least a little(determine your position for what type of bonus you want) and finally .. finally.. i will have a VALID reason to so Back up healing? no thanks!
Still to early..
whm still master of .. utility as a sub..
So the question is will it be better than /rdm or /sch .. we shall see^^
right now I'm only looking at this as a possible sub for blm, which I really dont even play. Hopefully it can perform well there cuz I won't be taking it to 99.
So... Since they stated Geomancy is it's own thing aside Dice / Songs / Spells, I take it SE is gonna actually put in a new type of magic, thus preventing people from effectively burning to cap and diving into events and force them to skill up and learn the ropes with GEO?
Yes its safe to assume it will be a new form of magic, but that wont stop people from burning it to 99 in a day and skilling it up afterwards, probably with a skillup bot.

edit- beat.
If that's the case, I'd say the new magic skill be "Geomancy"
i hope they really put some effort in here. what could be interesting is, if not only geomancy isnt just a recycling of knowns spells, but also if they make "bells" a solid new weapon type.
i could imagine, they renew the skillchain system with it, like different rings (of bells) in a row causes skillchain like effects. could also make it that, not every bell weapon skill can just be learned by skilling up, but that a lot if not all bell weaponskills come only with specific bells.
